El Cindy: The Paws Report, Oct. 23

Today at 3:30 pm meet Cindy, a petite, one-year-old tabby cat who came to the Kentucky Humane Society with her five nursing kittens from another shelter. The family was placed in a foster home until the kittens were old enough to be weaned. The kittens no longer need their mom, so Cindy is available for adoption. Cindy is an affectionate, friendly little girl who loves attention. We think after all that time with babies, she enjoys being the center of attention! Cindy does well with other cats and is currently living in a Cat Colony room where she enjoys watching the birds, interacting with the other cats and being petted by visitors. But as happy as Cindy is, she would love to have a home of her own, with her own human to shower her with the attention and love she deserves. Cindy is spayed, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Meet her at the Kentucky Humane Society’s Main Campus, 241 Steedly Drive, or call 502-366-3355. View all adoptable pets at www.kyhumane.org.

Cindy is dressed up for Halloween in her photo, as she’s getting ready for our Howl-o-ween adoption special, which runs this Thursday-Sunday at all KHS locations as well as Louisville Metro Animal Services. Folks can learn more about the adoption special at our website. www.kyhumane.org. Adoption specials help us save more lives by motivating people to adopt – allowing us to take more local animals in need.
