Bistro Le Relais, celebrating 25 years of French cooking at historic Bowman Field, offering a holiday lunch every Friday in December from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Bistro Le Relais serves a four-course prix-fixe dinner Tuesday through Thursday and hosts live jazz on Sunday evenings. Joseph Arthur has a new band these days, and it includes a name you might recognize: Mike Mills. Yes, that's the Mike Mills of REM fame. Before Joe and Mike hit Zanzabar on Friday, they'll be bringing the band by Live Lunch.
