Matilda: The Paws Report, July 2

On The Paws Report today at 3:30pm:

Looking for the most easy going, sweetest little kitty on the planet? You must meet Matilda! This sweetheart was found as a stray along with her five kittens. Thankfully, they came to the Kentucky Humane Society, where they were all spayed or neutered and made ready for adoption. It's hard to believe Matilda was a mom - she's still so tiny herself. But Matilda is a good reminder that unspayed cats can reproduce as young as six months. We think Matilda is about 11 months old, so she may have a bit of growing to do. Matilda is an amazing cat. She loves people, loves other cats, and does great with dogs too! If you are thinking of adding a feline to your home, consider Matilda. She has a beautiful black and white coat and gorgeous light green eyes. She has the tiniest little meow too. Matilda is spayed, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. All she needs is you. Also, we have a $20 neuter-a-thon for male cats on Saturday, July 21. Includes a free rabies vaccination. This is a $32 savings over the normal low price for a neuter and rabies shot. (I know we can’t mention price though). Limited to the first 100 male cats signed up. Neutering is super important: it reduces issues like male cats spraying, fighting and running away. And of course it helps reduce the number of unwanted pets.
