If we choose your photo, you’ll receive the entire catalog of WFPK Live compilations and a $100 gift certificate from Murphy's Camera! Deadline to enter is Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 5 p.m. EST.

Upload Photo via Flickr
To submit your photos via Flickr, use your Yahoo! ID, Google or Facebook to login to www.flickr.com. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for free on the Flickr website. (Flickr and Yahoo! are trademarks of Yahoo, Inc.) After logging in, upload your images using the mechanism provided. After the photo has been uploaded, tag it with "WFPK9." Any photos not properly tagged will not be considered for the contest.
Technical Specifications
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a photograph. Submissions must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital format, with the smallest dimension being at least 1,600 pixels.
Rights Granted
By uploading a photograph, you agree to the Terms of Use, which follow: You retain all of your ownership rights in material you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, however, you grant Louisville Public Media the following rights: a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the User Content, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from you, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed, in editorial, commercial, promotional, and trade uses in connection with LPM.
If Your Photograph Is Selected
To qualify for the contest, you must comply with the following additional requirements: In the event original works of art owned by third parties appear in the Photograph, you must be prepared to provide an Artist Release signed by the third party copyright holder (download the Artist Release). In the event recognizable people appear in your Photograph, you must be prepared to provide the Personal Release signed by those people, authorizing our use of the Photograph (download the Personal Release).
