Shiloh: The Paws Report, Dec. 9

Today at 3:30 on The Paws Report:

Meet Shiloh, a handsome, interactive orange kitty who came to the Kentucky Humane Society along with 12 other cats. His owner realized she had too many cats and arranged to bring many of them to our doors. This sweet seven-year-old cat is a staff and volunteer favorite: he loves to greet people and make "biscuits." Shiloh, like three of the other cats from his previous home, tested positive for FIV. Many FIV positive cats live healthy, normal lives. But his status means he should be either the only cat in his new home or he should live with other cats who are FIV positive. If you are looking for a lover of a cat, don't let Shiloh's FIV status scare you away: he will reward you with unconditional love from the biggest of feline hearts. Shiloh is neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Visit him at the Kentucky Humane Society’s Main Campus, 241 Steedly Drive in Louisville. View all adoptable pets online at www.kyhumane.org or call 502-366-3355 for more information.

This weekend is the last Picture Your Pets with Santa at all Feeders Supply locations. Animals of all species and their humans are welcome! 100% of proceeds benefit KHS and the Floyd County Animal Rescue League.

Also, this Friday at Mercury Ballroom is Givin’ the Dog a Bone, a rock and roll benefit for the Kentucky Humane Society, featuring Thunderstruck, the ultimate AC/DC tribute band.
