Lez Zepplin Thusday Night taken by David Modica
The last show I caught last night was Lez Zep. Too much fun! But the day was long and I finally had to get some sleep. Not much though; the sun on our tent made sure of that around 7am.
So now it's Friday afternoon. I caught some of the Drive By Truckers and they put on a great show as usual. Now I find myself relaxed and pondering what a cool experience all of this can be. For example:
"Everything Has a home" has been a saying that has taken on new meaning for my friend Karen & I since we arrived here. On one level, we are both worried about misplacing a camera or important object in all the hussle that is 'Roo. So we repeat the mantra, "Everything has a Home." But as I sit here listening to the haunting music being preformed by Jose Gonzales, and as I watch how his music is reaching all the humanity in front of me, I realize the magic of Bonnaroo is much more than just having a 4 day party. It really is something outside yourself. We all have a home here.
