There is little new to stay about Sonic Youth that hasn't been said. During their near 30 year career, they've created a genre - No Wave - crafted records that have been immortalized in the Library of Congress, and is looked at on the level of both a legendary legacy act, and one of today's hottest indie acts. Their 16th studio album will hit stores on June 9th and they've given us a taste with the song Sacred Trickster, definitely a return-to-form for the folks who loved the band's late 80's/early 90's prowl.
