Okay, so this is his old band Noise Addict. He did it before going solo. It was recognized by Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth who put out their first record, then picked up by Grand Royal after Mike D from the Beasties became a bestie. After a 14 year absence of the name, Ben has brought it back out, recruited Lou Barlow as a member, recorded a whole disc and put it all online for free.
