Regular listeners to Michael Young's show Roots and Boots on WFPK Sundays from 5-8pm are already familiar with songwriter Israel Nash Gripka and his debut album called New York Town. His album nearly topped Michael's list for best of 2009. After his visit with us the other day I totally get it now. The guy is great and someone to watch out for. He and Joey McClellan of The Fieros are touring across the country singing for their supper - literally! Check him out. You won't be disappointed.
